Diana Beharvandi has extensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications and customer service industry. Diana began their career at Telemobil in 2005, where they served as a Data Support Specialist until 2007. Diana then took on the position of Customer Care Supervisor, where they focused on maintaining a qualified team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In 2008, Diana was promoted to the role of Head of Telesales, responsible for managing telesales campaigns and developing new ones.
