Nada Boutros has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nada began their career as a Legal Research Intern at General Electric in 2006. Nada then worked as a Development Program Intern at the United Nations in 2007. In 2008, Nada joined The Legal Aid Society of San Mateo County as a Project Coordinator, where they supported attorneys with client communication and managed grants and targets. Nada gained further legal experience as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. Court of Appeals in 2010. Following that, Nada worked as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins in 2011 before becoming an Associate at the same company in 2012. Nada spent nine years at Latham & Watkins, specializing in legal matters. In 2021, they joined TechGC as a Charter Member and Chalhoub Group as Deputy Chief Legal Officer. Nada's most recent role is Chief Legal Officer at Chalhoub Group, which they assumed in June 2023.

Nada Boutros completed their education with a French Baccalaureate in the Scientific Track from Lycée Georges Pompidou de Sharjah from 1990 to 2004. Nada then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University, graduating in 2008. Nada furthered their education by obtaining a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, which they completed in 2012.
