Nicole Norvell

Nicole Norvell currently serves as the Child Care Practice Lead at the Change & Innovation Agency, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Nicole held various leadership roles within the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration from March 2016 to July 2022, including Director and Director of the Division of Disabilities and Rehabilitative Services. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Special Education at the Indiana Department of Education from 2010 to April 2013 and working as an Education Social Worker at the School City of Hammond from 2006 to 2010. Nicole's professional background also includes experience as an Outpatient Therapist at the Family and Youth Services Bureau from 2003 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington, an MBA in Project Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Purdue University.
