Go-to-Market Partner at Channel Mechanics

Susan Heintz has over 35 years of experience in the technology industry. Her career began in 1983 at Frank Lynn and Associates as a Senior Partner and Director, where they were responsible for setting and achieving individual and firm-wide revenue, billability and profit objectives. In 2001, they joined Avaya as Vice President, Worldwide Channel Strategy and Development, where they were responsible for transitioning the company from a direct and U.S. centric business to a multi-channel, global player. In 2003, they founded Channel Management Professionals, where they served as President. Her practice included go-to-market strategy development, channel management and training, and they worked with clients such as Motorola, HP, TallyGenicom, InPhase, Genesys, Symantec, Sun, Huawei and Sonus. From 2005 to 2011, they were the Principal and VP of Marketing at TelecomInsightsLLC. In 2011, they joined RS Consulting USA as a Principal. Finally, in 2013, they became a Go-to-Market Partner at Channel Mechanics.

Susan Heintz received their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 1983, with a focus in Marketing and Finance. Susan also received their BA from Loyola University Chicago in 1968, with a focus in English, Economics, and Philosophy.
