Lucy Nguyen

Lucy Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lucy began their career as a Sales Associate at Forever 21, where they played a key role in achieving top sales rank in Canada for several years. Lucy then worked at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care as a Policy Co-op, where they assisted in updating agency information and delivered recommendations to improve agency relations. Lucy also worked at Summit Doors as a Management Assistant, where they managed invoice records, improved efficiency, and contributed to an increase in company sales through the creation of original marketing materials. Lucy later joined Bailey Metal Products Limited as a Marketing Administrative Assistant and then as a Digital Communications Coordinator, where they created and edited physical and digital assets, wrote copy content, and assisted in producing marketing materials. Currently, Lucy is employed at ChannelAssist Inc as a Senior Content Marketing Specialist, responsible for developing marketing content for various channels and audiences, publishing blogs and articles, and determining creative direction for a wide range of media channels.

Lucy Nguyen holds a B.A.S. degree with honors in Commerce from York University. Lucy'sfield of study was Business Administration and Management. In August 2020, they also obtained a certification as a Provisional RGD Member from the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD).
