Gloria Southard

Gloria Southard is a seasoned purchasing buyer with extensive experience in procurement and program management. Currently serving as a Purchasing Buyer at Chardam Gear Company since May 2022, Gloria is responsible for overseeing outside services and MRO purchasing. Prior to this role, Gloria spent nearly 15 years at Triumph Group as a Purchasing Buyer and held the position of Program Manager at Black River Companies for three years. Gloria's career began in account management at Cadence Innovation, where tenure lasted for 20 years. Gloria is a graduate of Peck High School, completing studies from 1976 to 1980.
