Nanda Kishore

Nanda Kishore has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Nanda currently holds the position of Senior Program Manager at Chargebee, where they manage the EMEA & APAC product implementation portfolio. In this role, they ensure customer satisfaction by driving large and complex product implementations for enterprise customers. Additionally, they are responsible for leading strategic initiatives, collaborating with partners and ISVs, managing cross-functional teams, and handling staffing requirements and customer advocacy.

Prior to joining Chargebee, Nanda worked at Flex as a Solution Delivery Manager. During their tenure, they had overall accountability for the delivery of engagements and was involved in developing green field solutions, enhancing existing applications, and optimizing processes and performance reports. Their responsibilities covered Flex factories and GBS centers across Europe, Americas, and Asia.

Before joining Flex, Nanda worked at Accenture as a Business & System Integration Analyst (Associate Manager). In this role, they successfully delivered multi-linear projects for Fortune 500 clients. Their project portfolio included critical finance data migration, application portfolio management, change and release management, and developing frameworks and reusable assets for the COE.

Nanda also gained experience as a Functional Analyst (Team Lead) at Thirdware Solution INC, where they led a team responsible for analyzing and implementing functional requirements.

Throughout their career, Nanda has showcased their expertise in project management, strategic initiatives, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional team management. Nanda has consistently displayed a commitment to delivering high-quality results while driving efficiency and process improvement.

Nanda Kishore completed their education in a chronological order. Nanda first attended J.K.K Sampoorani Ammal Polytechnic from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Krishna College of Engineering & Technology from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Nanda Kishore has also obtained various certifications.
