Terri Napier

Terri Napier, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner/Manager at Charles River since January 2001. In this role, Terri manages the development and administration of personnel activities, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, and compliance with affirmative action policies. Prior to this position, Terri worked at Prudential Home Mortgage as a Human Resources Administrator, where responsibilities included supporting a team of HR representatives and managing HRIS maintenance.
