Karly Jackson

Karly J. is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in benefits analysis and recruitment. Karly currently serves as a Benefits Analyst at Charter Manufacturing, having progressed through roles such as Human Resources Service Center Specialist II and III. Prior to this, Karly worked at Milwaukee County as a Human Resources Management Assistant and interned at Charter Wire as a Human Resources Intern. Experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at UWM Children's Learning Center, where responsibilities involved managing the student hiring process. Karly’s career began with positions in service and production roles, including service desk support at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and lifeguarding at Neenah High School. Karly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
