Brent Harshman

Brent Harshman is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Charter Next Generation since April 2021. With a strong background in quality and production management, Brent held the position of Plant Quality Manager at Amcor from March 2015 to March 2021 and served as Production Supervisor and Management Trainee at Sonoco between May 2013 and March 2015. Additionally, Brent gained early experience as an Engineering Intern at Neodesha Plastics in mid-2011, where responsibilities included creating visual work instructions and operating thermoformers. Brent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University, earned between 2007 and 2013.
