Matthew Ides

Matthew Ides is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, real estate, and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager IT at Charter Solutions since June 2018, Matthew collaborates with the City of Minneapolis on various IT project updates and implementations. As a Real Estate Advisor and Community Development Consultant at Symbiosis Partners since December 2015, Matthew specializes in commercial and residential real estate, urban planning, and community engagement. Previous roles include Director of Economic and Community Development at HAP, Housing and Development Specialist with the City of Brooklyn Park, and Executive Director at Sparc, where Matthew led initiatives supporting healthy neighborhoods. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
