Jennifer Nations has a diverse background in customer support and client experience, with significant roles at various organizations. Jennifer served as a Customer Service Specialist and Credentialing Specialist at Parallon from April 2015 to March 2019. Following that, Jennifer worked as a Customer Support Engineer II at XSOLIS from March 2019 to June 2021 and transitioned to HealthStream as a Client Experience Manager from June 2021 to February 2022.
