Dave Gadoury

Dave Gadoury, CHPA, is a seasoned security and emergency preparedness professional with over 30 years of experience in maintaining safe environments across various organizations. Since January 2011, Dave has served as the Security/Emergency Preparedness Manager at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, where responsibilities include managing security staff, overseeing access control and CCTV systems, and implementing emergency planning and workplace violence prevention strategies. In addition to this role, Dave has been a consultant with Take Action Consulting since December 2009, specializing in workplace violence assessments and conflict resolution training. Previous experience includes positions as Loss Prevention Supervisor at Navistar Canada Inc., overseeing security operations, and Industrial Security Officer at General Motors of Canada, where security and fire equipment maintenance were key responsibilities. Dave holds a diploma in Law and Security from St. Clair College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a Diploma in Psychology at the University of Phoenix.
