Jeff Schmidt

Jeff Schmidt has over 16 years of work experience in the field of sales engineering and solutions engineering. Jeff is currently working as a Sr. Director of Solutions Engineering at Checkout.com since May 2021. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Visa for 10 years, where they held various roles including Director of North America Sales Engineering and Manager of Sales Engineering & Implementation Management. During their time at Visa, they developed and led a team of enterprise sales engineers and oversaw the sales engineering and implementation phases of client journeys. In addition, Jeff has experience as a founder and developer at automaticquery.com, where they were responsible for developing and deploying an online classifieds search engine. Jeff also worked at CyberSource for several years, holding roles such as Sales Engineer, Sr. Sales Engineer, Product Support Engineer, Sr. Product Support Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. At CyberSource, Jeff delivered presentations and demonstrations to clients, provided technical support, and worked closely with Product Management and Engineering.
