Siarhei Kharchanka

Siarhei Kharchanka is a seasoned Software Engineer with extensive experience in automation and test engineering. Currently employed at Checkout.com since April 2022, Siarhei contributes to the Platform team to enhance product development efficiency. Previously, a Lead Software Engineer in Test at EPAM Systems from July 2015 to April 2022, Siarhei led initiatives to integrate test automation best practices and shift-left methodologies for various clients, including a multinational asset management company and reinsurance organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Automation QA Engineer at Itransition Group Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed extending test frameworks and developing new features. Siarhei holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Minsk State Higher College of Radio Engineering.
