Preet Singh Sahni is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as a Private Chef for Chef Consultant since September 2021 and as a Demi Chef at Dear Donna, Preet also founded and operates Bacon Truck, a multi-cuisine fast food venture, since May 2020. Previous experience includes an industrial trainee position at The Ashok Hotel from June 2017 to August 2021. Preet's educational qualifications include a Culinary degree from IICA (2020-2021) and a Bachelor in Hotel Management from Amity University (2015-2017), complemented by a 10+2 in Commerce with Maths from Guru Harkrishan Public School Vasant Vihar (1998-2012).
