Samuel Carbonel Bautista

Samuel Carbonel Bautista is an experienced professional in the field of customs and logistics, currently serving as the Chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board for Customs Brokers since March 2022. In addition to this role, Samuel is a Management Committee Member of the International Network of Customs Universities and a member of the Technical Committee for Customs Administration at the Commission on Higher Education. Previously, Samuel held leadership positions, including President of LGC Logistics Inc. and the Academy of Developmental Logistics, as well as serving as a University Professor at Lyceum of the Philippines University. Samuel has a solid educational background, holding a Master in Management with a focus on Educational Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration from Lyceum of the Philippines - Batangas City.
