Taj Goodpaster has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the construction industry. From 1999 to 2005, they worked at CH2M as an Environmental Technician/Construction Inspector, where they managed environmental projects and oversaw the installation of various systems. From 2005 to 2008, they joined North Wind Group as a Program/Project Manager, overseeing the setup and management of a civil construction division.
