Ravae Duhaney

Ravae Duhaney's work experience includes serving as the Director of Talent at Chicago Jesuit Academy since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Development Associate and Volunteer Coordinator at the same organization from June 2020 to present, and as a Development Associate and Faculty Member from August 2019 to June 2020. Before joining Chicago Jesuit Academy, they worked at Chicago Public Schools as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher from August 2012 to June 2018. Ravae also served as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Teach For America from August 2012 to July 2014, where they actively participated in professional development and served as the graduation speaker for their cohort in 2014.

Ravae Duhaney began their education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance. Ravae continued their education at the same institution and completed their Certification in Elementary Education and Teaching in 2012. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Early Childhood Education at Dominican University from 2012 to 2014.
