Nathan Lockhart

Mr. Lockhart has over 17 years of experience and expertise with CNI. Previously as the Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Officer for CNI, he developed his knowledge of the government contracting process and the Federal Acquisition Regulations, providing a skillful and knowledgeable leader for the General Counsel’s Office. Before coming to CNI, he was an Assistant General Counsel for the Oklahoma Bar Association, where in addition to other duties, he provided general ethical and legal advice. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Letters, Magna Cum Laude, and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
