Justin Kurtz has a wealth of experience in the culinary industry, starting as a chef de partie at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in 2003 and working their way up to executive chef roles at various establishments such as Concentrics and Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. Justin currently holds the title of chef at Chiles Hospitality. Justin earned their Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Orlando in 2005.
