Filbert Amar

Filbert Amar is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Test Manager and previously as IT Senior Assistant Manager at China Bank PH since April 2015. Prior to this role, Filbert worked as an IT Analyst at ANZ from July 2012 to April 2015, and as an IT Executive at HSBC between April 2009 and July 2012. Filbert began the career at Pancake House Group as an MIS Assistant from October 2006 to April 2009. Filbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, obtained in 2019.
