Yuan He

Yuan Yuan is a Senior Associate in the Project Appraisal Department II at China Development Bank, a position held since August 2016. Prior to this role, Yuan served as a Graduate Researcher at Davis&Berkeley from February 2011 to March 2016, contributing to multiple projects focused on pavement management systems and the performance evaluation of asphalt mixtures and binders, while also undertaking teaching assistant duties.
