Damien T. has over 19 years of professional experience. Damien began their career in 2001 as a Financial Controller (Contract) with REIN Group. Damien then worked as a Management Accountant (Contract) with Vodafone Hutchison Australia in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they were the General Manager of New World Music & Media, and then moved on to be the Head of Partner Services with Associated Northcliffe Digital in 2004. In 2007, they became the Managing Director - Asia Pacific and General Manager NZ with Facilitate Digital. From 2012 to 2015, they were the EVP - APAC with SintecMedia, and then moved on to be the Managing Director and Non Executive Director with Benedictus Media from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they became the General Manager APAC, Financial & Commercial Controller APAC with Sizmek. Damien T. is currently the CEO - APAC with Chirpn IT Solutions, and also the Founder of Sportly.Me.

Damien T. began their educational journey in 1986, when they attended SHORE and obtained their HSC. Damien then attended the University of Technology Sydney from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting & Economics. Finally, they completed the CPA Australia Program from 2011 to 2013, earning a CPA in Accounting.
