Stephan de Fay

Stephan de Fay currently serves as President of Filière Hors Site France and Director General of Grand Paris Aménagement, positions held since November 2023 and November 2020, respectively. Additionally, Stephan is President of the Fond culturel Cré'Atlantique and holds several administrative roles with Société du Grand Paris, École nationale supérieure d'architecture Paris-Malaquais, Choose Paris Region, and Paris-Ile de France Capitale Economique. Previous experience includes serving as Administrator for Fondation Bordeaux Université and Invest in Bordeaux | Bordeaux Gironde Investissement, as well as Director General of EPA Bordeaux-Euratlantique. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Architecture Naval and Marine Engineering from ENSTA Paris and an Engineer's degree in Economics from École Polytechnique.
