Akendita Amoro, Esq. is an accomplished attorney currently practicing at Christensen Hsu Sipes LLP since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an attorney at Pretzel & Stouffer, Chartered and Patton & Ryan LLC, as well as serving as Of Counsel (Transactional) at Blitch Westley Barrette, S.C. Akendita's legal journey began with positions at Cerebral IP and Robert Half, where responsibilities included trademark work and hearing officer duties. Significant internships and externships were completed at Ohio Northern University’s Corporate Transactional Clinic, Hancock County Common Pleas Court, and the Hancock County Public Defender’s Office. Akendita holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Ohio Northern University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA)(Hons.) in Sociology and Social Work from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Recently, Akendita has also pursued a Certificate in the Improvisation Program at The Second City.
