Georg Draude

Georg Draude has extensive experience in sales and management within the photonics and biotechnology sectors. Currently, Georg serves as General Manager, European Sales Director, and Key Account Manager at Chroma Technology GmbH since January 2010. Prior to this, Georg held the position of Sales/Market Specialist at Laser 2000, focusing on test and measurement sales in the photonics department and biotechnology market from June 2008 to December 2009. Georg's earlier roles include sales and support for high-end imaging setups at Visitron Systems and conducting biomedical research as a scientific assistant at the University of Munich during a PhD studentship. Georg began the professional journey as a diploma student at Arcadis GmbH/Trischler und Partner GmbH, researching environmental decontamination. Academically, Georg holds a Dr.rer.biol.hum. in Medicine from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Diplom-Biologe in Zoology, Microbiology, Physiology, and Climatology from the University of Kassel.
