Carmen Chan

Carmen Chan, MBA, CPCU, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in product development and underwriting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Package Product Manager at Chubb since March 2014, Carmen has held various leadership positions within the company, including Vice President roles in package management and segment development for small commercial clients. Prior to Chubb, Carmen worked at Farmers Insurance as a Commercial Staff Underwriting Manager and Underwriting Project Manager, and at Zurich Small Business as Commercial Underwriting Team Lead. Carmen's career began at Travelers Insurance, where the role of Account Executive/Automation Specialist was held. Carmen holds an MBA from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, a CPCU designation from the American Institute for CPCU, and a BSBA in Management from the University of Florida.
