Emma LU

Emma LU has worked in the tech industry since 2012. Emma began their career at Boldon James as a Project Management Consultant Intern in 2012. During their time there, they researched how Microsoft SharePoint Solution could be used to centralize and share information within the organization. Emma also helped the company to develop a series of automated processes, such as automatic notification of document change, sales order and Dispatch, book/software library management, and established a SharePoint site prototype that could help the company to save ?6000 every year in daily operation and management.

In 2013, Emma LU joined Pegatron as a Project Management Lead, where they organized and managed OPM team (managing 10+ staffs in daily operation). Emma also setup the project team and initiated the kick off meeting, held the project meeting periodically to review the status and progress, and coordinated internal departments and allowed factory resource to meet the build schedule.

In 2018, Emma LU joined Cidana Corporation as a Program Manager, providing leadership to the project team throughout the project lifecycle and managing people who lead projects supporting the company-client relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction. Her main customers included Netflix, Panasonic, ST, Bosch, etc.

Emma LU obtained their Master of Science in Project Management from Keele University between 2011 and 2012. In 2018, they earned their PMP certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter.
