Vice President, Community Development at Cinnaire

Dionna Sargent, MPA, has a diverse work experience, with a strong focus on community development and research. Dionna currently serves as the Vice President of Community Development at Cinnaire since December 2019. Prior to this, Dionna worked as the Community Development Market Leader at Cinnaire Corporation from January 2018 to December 2019.

Dionna Sargent, MPA, has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Delaware. Dionna attended from 2011 to 2013, studying Housing Policy and Affordable Housing. Prior to that, Dionna Sargent earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Dionna was enrolled from 1999 to 2003, majoring in Real Estate and Finance.
