Stuart Reid

Stuart Reid has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Graduate Engineer at QinetiQ. Stuart then worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Ishida Europe Ltd from 2016 to 2018. After that, Stuart joined Kingfisher Systems (Scotland) Limited as a Full-stack Developer where they worked on both front-end and back-end development projects until 2019. In 2019, they joined Serial Affinity Ltd as a Software Engineer, later becoming a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they led a team of 6 in creating a custom video streaming platform and was responsible for the devops side of the project. Most recently, Stuart joined CircleCI as a Senior Software Engineer in 2021.

Stuart Reid received their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Spacecraft Systems Engineering from the University of Southampton. Stuart pursued this degree from 2011 to 2015. Stuart later enrolled in The Open University from 2023 to 2028, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics.
