With our Client Operations team constantly evolving, we’re looking for a new colleague to take on the role of: 

Operations Associate (m/f):

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing client support for Cirtuo web software (answering client's inquiries and assisting with software related issues )

• Train the clients in the usage of the software

• Participating in designing new functionalities of the web software, with focus on client’s business requirements and their procurement organizations

• Participating in functional testing

• Support the development team in creating and updating the list of change requests and monitoring the set deadlines

• Support the Customer Success team with relevant reports and metrics from Cirtuo software

Specific request: Working hours are in two shifts that rotate on a weekly basis

Required competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Previous work experience in similar jobs preferable, but not required

• Communication skills and high level of independency

• Focus on detail and respect of set deadlines, multitasking

• Interest in strategic procurement of large companies and their qualitative improvement (past experience is not a requirement, but passion for understanding the area is)

• Basic understanding of software development terminology

• Language: English - advanced level

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
