Balaji Venkatraman

Balaji Venkatraman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and academia. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management and Strategy at Cisco since September 2019, Balaji also teaches graduate-level courses in Network Security and Cyber Security at San Jose State University's College of Engineering. Previous roles include Senior Director of Product Management at Micro Focus, Senior Director of Product Management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Vice President of Product Management at Packet Design. Additionally, Balaji has served as a Governing Board Member for the Santa Clara County Homeless Healthcare Advisory Board and Evergreen Elementary School District. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Florida and an MBA from Santa Clara University, Balaji has contributed significantly to both the technology sector and community service initiatives.
