Sean Gong

Sean Gong has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Sean began their career as a Private Tutor at Premier Tutors in 2019, where they provided personalized instruction. In 2020, they interned at Macquarie Group within the Commodities and Global Markets division. In 2021, Sean worked as a Financial Modelling Intern at Quest Asset Partners and as a Junior Economist at BIS Oxford Economics. Additionally, they served as a School of Economics Casual Academic at the University of Sydney during the same year. In 2022, Sean worked as a Trading Intern at Akuna Capital and joined Citadel Securities as an Options Trader, where they currently work. Overall, Sean's experience showcases their diverse skills and their ability to excel in different positions within the finance and tutoring fields.

Sean Gong began their education at North Sydney Boys High School, where they attended from 2013 to 2015. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at Saint Ignatius' College Riverview, from 2016 to 2018. Following this, Sean Gong pursued higher education at the University of Sydney, where they initially pursued a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Biochemistry. However, they discontinued this program in 2020, and instead opted for a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mathematics and Economics. Sean is expected to complete this program in 2022.
