Ruslan Kharitonov

Ruslan Kharitonov is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in network and storage software engineering, as well as DevOps, within major financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Compute Engineering at Citadel, Ruslan also founded Efacity and RedReset, Inc., showcasing entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, Ruslan held several senior roles at Goldman Sachs, including Technology Fellow and Global Head of various engineering teams. At Morgan Stanley, Ruslan progressed through positions from Vice President to Executive Director, focusing on finance technology. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in IT from New York University.
