Uel Coulter

Uel Coulter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data privacy, compliance, and technology governance. Currently serving as the Director of Data Privacy Governance at Citi since August 2007, Uel leads the design and execution of the enterprise data privacy risk management framework. Previous roles at Citi include Senior Vice President and Vice President of Data Privacy, with a focus on risk and controls for Institutional Clients Group Operations & Technology. Uel has also contributed to compliance technology as a Business Analyst/Project Manager specializing in Trade Surveillance, and held positions related to information security, application management, and quality assurance. Earlier career experiences include roles in vehicle finance consulting and operations management at various companies. Uel holds a BSc in Computer Science from Ulster University.
