Ted Simpson

Ted Simpson is an accomplished sales and operations professional with extensive experience in managing and directing regional sales efforts. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at City Barbeque since September 2019, Ted has achieved the Million Dollar/President's Club recognition in 2023 and previously held the role of Senior Regional Catering Sales Manager, earning similar accolades in 2021 and 2022. Ted is also the founder of The League of Lexington, LLC, which specializes in adult recreational sports, and previously owned Bluegrass Archery Tag, providing unique recreational experiences. Earlier roles include Operations & Marketing Manager at Sky Zone of Lexington, where Ted managed significant revenue portfolios and led various operational initiatives. Additionally, experience includes direct marketing management for multiple Marco's Pizza franchises and a background in financial services with licenses in investment and insurance. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from the University of Kentucky.
