Verna Grayce Chao

Verna Grayce Chao currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Treasury Management Solutions at City National Bank since March 2019 and as a Board Member for the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region since June 2021. Additionally, Verna has been the Chair of the Board at AgilLink, which provides accounting and bill payment services for family offices and sport management firms, since June 2017. Prior roles include Founding Member at Chief (August 2020 - August 2023), General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer for SourceMedical (August 2015 - May 2017), and various leadership positions at Dell from 2010 to 2015, focusing on marketing strategies across different sectors. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at IBM Corporate Innovation Programs, B/E Aerospace, and PowerSource Online in roles encompassing business development, marketing, and strategy. Verna holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in International Relations from Boston University.
