Allan Cabrera MPA currently serves as the Parks and Recreation Assistant Manager for the City of Aventura since November 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Park Manager at the City of Doral from April 2015 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team of part-time staff, overseeing park facilities, and organizing recreational activities. Allan's experience also encompasses a role as Head Teller at Bank of America from January 2010 to March 2015, focusing on teller coaching, cash management, and customer service. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Florida International University, along with an Associate's degree in Political Science and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Miami Dade College.
