Michelle Johanski

Michelle Johanski began their work experience as an Insurance Services Specialist at MGIC in 2004. Michelle then transitioned to a role as a Paralegal, where they provided legal research and analysis for in-house attorneys. After a break as a homemaker from 2008 to 2015, Michelle held the position of Administrative Coordinator at Children's Country Home, providing administrative support and managing fundraising efforts. Michelle later transitioned to a role as a Human Resource and Office Administrator at the same organization, focusing on HR recruitment and retention strategies. Michelle then worked at AGC Biologics as a Human Resource Coordinator, where they managed employee data and led the employee calibration process. Their most recent position is as a Financial Analyst at AGC Biologics, where they prepare financial spreadsheets and analyzes employee headcount and production costs. Michelle currently works as a Human Resources Analyst at the City of Bellevue in Washington.

Michelle Johanski completed their Bachelor's Degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Marquette University from 2002 to 2004. Michelle then pursued a Paralegal Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2004 to 2005. In 2001 to 2002, they attended the University of Louisville, focusing on English Literature (British and Commonwealth). In 2018 to 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Bellevue College.

Additionally, Michelle Johanski acquired several certifications. In March 2021, they obtained "The New Age of Risk Management Strategy for Business" certification from LinkedIn. In August 2020, they earned the "Getting Started | Fundamentals" certification from Planful, Inc. Michelle also completed the "Getting Started | Structured Planning (Self-Study)" certification from Planful, Inc. in August 2020 as well.
