Allison Platt

Allison Platt is a seasoned urban planner with a focus on sustainable development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Core Area Project Manager for the City of Bend since April 2018, Allison oversees the implementation of projects within the Core Area Tax Increment Finance and acts as a liaison for the Core Area Advisory Board. Previous roles include Senior Planner for the City of Bend, where long-range planning efforts on growth management were managed, and Transportation Planner for the Amador County Transportation Commission. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Urban Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from UC San Diego. In addition to planning roles, Allison has experience in teaching and community organizing, reflecting a strong commitment to environmental and social justice.
