Jesus Espinoza

Jesus Espinoza is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University - Sacramento. Jesus has held various engineering roles, starting as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer at Kleinfelder, followed by a position as Project Engineer at ENGEO. Jesus then served as an Associate Civil Engineer at the Alameda County Public Works Agency and the City of Martinez, before becoming an Associate Civil Engineer at the City of Berkeley where currently employed since May 2019.
