Engineer II at CITY OF BOZEMAN

Cody Flammond is an Engineer II at the City of Bozeman since January 2018, responsible for ensuring effective stormwater management and pollution prevention on construction sites through the review of stormwater pollution prevention plans and site inspections. Flammond collaborates with division leads in the Public Works department to develop and implement a stormwater pollution prevention program compliant with the municipal separate storm sewer system permit. Prior to this role, Flammond worked as a Staff Engineer at Pioneer Technical Services, Inc., focusing on various project experiences including oil and gas site reclamation, soil sampling, and SPCC inspections from September 2011 to December 2017. Flammond's early career included a position as a Field Inspector with the North Dakota Industrial Commission, where inspection of oil production and drilling operations for regulatory compliance was conducted. Flammond holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Montana Technological University, obtained in 2010.
