Jonathan Salas has extensive work experience in various roles related to community services and criminal justice. Jonathan is currently working as the Director of Community Services at the City of Deerfield Beach, where they are responsible for overseeing administrative functions and collaborating with executive staff and department directors to improve city operations. Additional certifications include Gang Prevention: Working with Parents, ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incident, Intro to Incident Command Systems, and National Incident Management Systems (NIMS), all earned through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
