Brett Bollinger

Brett Bollinger is a seasoned professional in urban planning and transportation management with extensive experience in leading complex projects. Currently serving as the Senior Trails Planner for the City of Folsom since December 2018, Brett manages trails assignments and oversees staff-related tasks. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Sacramento Placerville Transportation Corridor Joint Powers Authority since May 2022, Brett focuses on the preservation and acquisition of transportation corridors. Additionally, Brett represents the City of Folsom as Board Secretary for the 50 Corridor Transportation Management Association. Previous roles include Senior Planner at M-GROUP and Project Manager/Environmental Planner with the San Francisco Planning Department, along with an Associate Planner position at PMC. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Business Management from Presidio Graduate School.
