Sonya Levert

Sonya Levert is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, accounting, and legal support. As the Director of Customer Service for Utility Billing at the City of Gulfport, Florida since April 2015, Sonya has also served as Accounting Manager and Accounting Technician, specializing in budgeting and capital assets. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Counselor at Medifast Weight Control Centers, focused on health improvement, and as a Legal Assistant for the Florida Office of the Attorney General, working in Child Support Enforcement. Additionally, Sonya worked at the Citrus County Clerk of Court for nearly a decade in various capacities including Deputy Clerk III, contributing to recording, micrographics, and customer service functions. Sonya graduated from Citrus High School in 1995 and attended the College of Central Florida.
