Kristina Baldwin

Kristina Baldwin serves as the Director of the City of Hartford's Department of Families, Children, Youth and Recreation since August 2022, having also held the position of Interim Director. Prior to this role, Kristina Baldwin was the Assistant Director at the same department. Kristina Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
