CorDarryl Rivera, SPHR, currently serves as the Employee Relations & Compliance Administrator for the City of Irving, beginning in July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Human Capital Consultant for People Performance Resources, LLC, where advisory roles centered on HR best practices and compliance strategies. As a Human Resources Generalist for Williamson County, responsibilities ranged from managing FMLA and workers’ compensation claims to overseeing talent acquisition and collaborating with department leadership on strategic HR initiatives. Additional roles include HR Analyst - Compensation and various HR functions within the City of Georgetown and CHRISTUS Health, focusing on payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. CorDarryl holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler.
