Jeffrey Beazizo has extensive work experience in the law enforcement field. Jeffrey served as the Chief of Police for the City of Lake Stevens, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Deputy Chief, where they managed various divisions and units within the police department. From 2017 to 2021, Beazizo served as a Police Commander, assisting the Chief with administrative duties and managing different divisions and units.

Before joining the City of Lake Stevens, Beazizo worked as an Instructor - Emergency Preparedness Specialist at the Tactical Training Academy. Jeffrey also served as a Safety/Risk Management Officer for the Monroe School District from 2015 to 2017.

Beazizo's law enforcement career began in 1990 with the Washington State Patrol, where they held various roles including Lieutenant, Sergeant, Trooper, Trooper Cadet, and Communication Officer. As a Lieutenant, they led a highly motivated work group and assisted the Rapid Deployment Force Commander in managing training, equipment, and responses to various situations.

Jeffrey Beazizo began their education at Concrete High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 1986 to 1989. Jeffrey then attended Skagit Valley College in 1990, focusing on Criminal Justice and Corrections. In 1992, they enrolled at the Washington State Patrol Academy, specializing in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Jeffrey later attended Eastern Gateway Community College from 2017 to 2018, studying Criminal Justice/Police Science.

More recently, in 2020, Jeffrey pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Charleston, completing it in 2021. Jeffrey has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Jeffrey attended the 299th Command Leadership Institute for Law Enforcement Executives - CLI in 2018, the 323rd Executive Leadership Institute for Law Enforcement Executives - ELI in 2019, and the 538th Supervisor Leadership Institute for Law Enforcement Executives - SLI in 2020, all conducted by the FBI-LEEDA. In addition, Jeffrey completed the NW Law Enforcement Command College in 2018 offered by the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Leadership in Police Organizations from the International Association of Chiefs of Police in 2010.
