Stacey Almond, ICMA-CM, currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Arlington since January 2023 and has held the position of City Manager for the City of Lake Worth since December 2016. Previously, Stacey served as Town Administrator for the Town of Bartonville from September 2012 to December 2016 and was a member of the United States Air Force from 1997 to 2005. Stacey holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Grand Canyon University, a Graduate Certificate from the University of Virginia's Senior Executive Institute, and has completed the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma College of Professional and Continuing Studies. Additionally, Stacey is a Certified Public Manager, having completed the program at Texas State University. A Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government was earned from Marymount University.
